Subscription
With a 10 subscription you benefit and receive the 11th treatment free of charge. Please check with your health insurance company or supplementary insurance company to determine which benefits will be covered and under what conditions. Each health insurance company only reimburses treatments according to its catalogue of services.

Appointments can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of the treatment. In case of a later cancellation 100% of the costs will be charged. In the event of non-appearance, 100% of the costs will also be charge.
Guidelines
Form 590
The form 590 is a list of outpatient secondary medical services according to the supplementary insurance (VVG). Form 590 serves the purpose of standardization, so that all insurance statements can be issued and billed in the same layout.
Since 2018 it is mandatory for all secondary therapists to apply with form T590.
The treatment time includes preparation for the massage and documentation of the treatment for the insurance company’s recovery receipt.
