About me
My life's journey is a fascinating journey through the diverse facets of nature, characterized by polarities such as warm and cold, wild and tame, male and female, active and passive, hard and soft. As a trained gardener and through my volunteer work in the social sector, I have learned to support both nature and people with heart and hands.
In my professional and traveling years, I have had the privilege of experiencing different cultures and the diversity of people in countries such as England, the USA, Central America, Canada, and Australia. I often encountered people whose inner space was often constricted and painful, whose access to their inner source seemed closed – similar to a thirsty plant. These experiences awakened in me an intuitive understanding of the healing power of touch. I began giving massages to relieve pain and improve quality of life. Because touch is moving – it works from the outside in and from the inside out.
Inspired by these experiences, I decided to complete a second training course to become a medical massage therapist. I have been practicing as a bodywork therapist and massage therapist for over 20 years. My approach includes individualized consultation to tailor goals and treatments to each individual's unique needs, experiences, and preferences.
In these fast-paced and often disharmonious times, my in-depth expertise and many years of experience enable me to alleviate painful tensions—whether psychological or physical—and find lasting solutions. As a bodywork therapist and massage therapist, I actively contribute to restoring harmony and supporting people on their personal journey and in their development.
A central aspect of my work is activating the connection to oneself, one's inner energy, and one's creative power. My body-centered approach sensitizes self-awareness and promotes natural inner self-regulation and self-reflection. This leads to greater health, serenity, and a heightened sense of inner freedom. I specifically combine medical, therapeutic, and traditional bodywork methods, which are individually tailored to each client.
When have you relaxed and incounter your inner strenth and freedem last?
